I really feel for him today, he deserved to be credited for the goal and if the other chance had come on his right foot you know it'd be 3-1 Fulham. We deserved to win more comprehensively today.

Yes there is. Right at the bottom of the page you can report issues. If the dev team feel the complaint should be upheld they will contact the person & warn them. If that person does not do so they can be banned. However what the WUMS do is register again with a different name. They are easily spotted though.
