Great picture of my daughter and still worth the 14 hours on the coach! I wonder if we'll ever get a season like that again?

I just joined this group and viewed Robert Jarman's comment of 26th May. I live in Moscow and went to a few games in the Europa League European Tour - Amkar Perm away, Shakter Donetsk away, Juve at home, Hamburg away and the Final. The rest I saw on TV in Moscow. I thought Shakter and Hamburg away were amongst the best defensive displays I have ever seen. And as for Juve at home - unbelievable. I am still gutted by the defeat to Athletico Madrid, but must look forward and hope to see us at Wembley later in the season.
BTW Robert J - we had another Fulham fan in Moscow but he has recently been transferred to Kazakhstan. Where are you located?

I definty agree. i believe the only thing that is missing at our beloved football club is our first major trophy. I belive we can win either the carling cup or fa cup this season and how fanastic would that be ? Even a day out at wembly would be nice. Reaching the Europa league final was a fanastic acheivment but missing out on that trophy was frustating. If we can reach more finals in any competation that would be tremendous but time to win something =)

Great result against Werder Bremen, definitely Carling Cup or FA Cup Final this year - go Sparky. Will still miss Roy though, what a fantastic manager.

Having just found this discussion, how many FFC fans have been to the two Major Cup finals the club has been to, I still remember 75 like it was yesterday, and as for 2010 i am still gutted, I suppose i can hope for 3rd time lucky, you never know, And i still believe..

No question the route to the Final was fantastic, especially the home games against Juventus and Hamburg, but it would be good to get some silverware. I do agree though you have to be in it to win it.

The problem with most cup games i suppose is that by the time you get to the final your desperate to win it. I know it's easy to say, but the whole thing must be viewed as an "unexpected bonus". The more finals we get to the more chances of winning one.

My partner videoed the Final while I was over in Hamburg at the Final with the kids, but I was so gutted by the result, I haven't been able to watch it yet, even though there is footage of me just after their second goal went in, looking totally devastated. Nick, a Fulham fan for 48 years.
