I am new to the epl and am trying to pick a team to root for. So far I really like this club, but I want to let the season progress before I decide what my favorite team is. I was wondering what made…Continue

@ vicente. salcido isnt close to being the best player on fulham.  hangeland and hughes are much better in the back. and murhpy etuhu gera and dempsey are much better players, just too name a few. salcido has a great offensive mind but takes too many risks on defense, as he did today, granted no goals were scored

vicente Comment by vicente on December 12, 2010 at 2:07am

salcido the best player of fulham...

I am aboout 3 weeks new to EPL. One of my initial reactions is just how classy Fulham, particularly Mark Hughes, has been. Don't know if it's a British thing or not, but it's been a welcome change from what I'm used to hearing from sports teams.

second team usually means soft spot rather than support like fulham. Fulham is an emotional unbrakable bond. For the record my 'other team' is Alloa athletic, for the reason it was the first subutteo team I purchased not out of the…

FFC fans rattled by 'ambition'

Mark Hughes' reason for leaving us due to a lack of ambition and then pitching up at QPR has got to  alot of fans on here. We apparently have no ambition because we arent chasing the 30 year old, injury prone Alex or an unknown player from France who is going to cost £4mil. The continous talk of ambition and no transfer signings creating frustration, is down to Mark Hughes and QPR chasing after mercenary players if not just trying to strengthen their team with decent/average players from…See More

well done gus poyet and brighton

just heard him on the radio, talked extremely well, including the insite that he knew they were lucky to be playing a very understrength newcastle ands was able to take advantage. It's great when the smaller teams turn over the big boys (unless it is us).See More

Always had a soft spot for deportivo la coruna, think it started when Bebeto played for them back in the 90's. Would never have a second team in England.

here is a real first, I agree with 100%. Sort of. You know my opinion of Jol anyway but this probably not the moment for a change. I suspect it will be necessary at some point in the future and I suspect we will all know when that is. I really do…

As you probably know, there are alot of people who simply believe a change of manager or a new striker would solve the problem.

I have a soft spot for Napoli, I've been to the San Paolo twice in 1981 and 1985 and it was the best atmosphere I've ever witnessed at a football match. The rats were also magnificent.
